The company, with production facilities in Requejo and Reinosa, has recently acquired a new ZAYER 5-axis continuous bridge milling machine, aimed at increasing its production capacity for machining large-scale components.

This machine, set to be operational by the end of November, boasts the following features:

• Dimensions of parts it can accommodate: 18x4x2.3 meters
• Gantry design – Mobile portal structure
• Rapid feed of linear axes: 50,000 mm/min
• Travel range: 18,000x4x750x1,500 mm
• Load capacity of up to 810,000 kg (810 tons)
• Automatic 30° head with 360,000 continuous rotation positions, 43 kW and 917 Nm, 6,000 RPM
