To ensure maximum precision in its measurements, the company has recently incorporated the StatusPro ProLine 200 laser system, an advanced device that enables highly accurate measurements of straightness, perpendicularity, flatness, and levelling.
This system, which includes the R540 laser receiver and the T430 rotating laser, offers unprecedented precision thanks to its 2-axis technology and Bluetooth connectivity. This facilitates real-time data capture and allows for the automatic generation of detailed reports. Additionally, the system is accompanied by the ProLine V4 software, which simplifies the management and analysis of alignment data on linear guides and other essential components in the company’s projects.
Furthermore, MEKALERUN has integrated the D140 distancer, a tool that ensures high-precision measurements over longer distances. This component extends the capabilities of the laser system, enabling it to adapt to a wider variety of projects while maintaining precision on large-scale parts without compromising process efficiency.
The system is also equipped with the R290 laser receiver, an additional sensor that provides greater flexibility in the measurement field. This receiver is ideal for applications requiring extreme precision in confined spaces or for smaller-scale tasks. The R290 complements the R540, optimising the system’s performance and expanding its adaptability to diverse environments.
The StatusPro ProLine 200 system also includes a full range of measurement tools, with up to seven different configurations, allowing MEKALERUN to tackle various applications, from linear guide alignment to flatness and levelling measurements on large structures. This versatility is key to successfully meeting the challenges posed by the most demanding projects, ensuring precise and efficient results.
